We collect service activity such as uploaded artworks, prompts, negative prompts, model names, generation settings, tags, descriptions, likes, favorites, feedback, support requests, and content reports.

When you purchase credits or use paid services, we process order records such as package, amount, payment method, payment status, provider transaction identifiers, invoice or fulfillment records, and related support communications.

Prompts, reference images, generated images, model parameters, and generation task logs may be processed to provide AI generation, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, refund failed tasks, and improve service reliability.

AI generation may be provided through third-party model or infrastructure providers. The information needed to complete your request may be transmitted to those providers under their applicable processing terms.

We may collect IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral URLs, error logs, performance logs, cookie or local storage identifiers, and approximate region information to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

We use analytics and similar technologies to understand product usage, measure feature performance, and detect abnormal activity. You can adjust browser settings to limit certain cookies, but some features may not work normally without necessary storage.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide artwork browsing and publishing, run AI image generation, deliver purchased credits, process refunds, send service notices, provide customer support, enforce policies, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for product analytics, pricing, capacity planning, quality monitoring, and business reporting.

Artwork, prompts, titles, descriptions, tags, model information, public profile details, and other content you publish may be visible to other users, search engines, and visitors. Do not publish confidential information or content you do not have permission to share.

If you delete content or an account, cached copies, backups, search index entries, or records required for legal, security, billing, or dispute handling may remain for a limited period.

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, content moderation, AI model providers, payment processors, email delivery, and customer support tools.

Payment providers process payment information directly. We do not store full card numbers or complete payment credentials.

We may access, preserve, or disclose information when necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect users and the public, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our terms, or defend legal claims.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and keep reasonable backups.

Generation logs, transaction records, and abuse prevention records may be retained even after account deletion where required for security, accounting, tax, compliance, or dispute purposes.

You may update certain account information in the product. You may contact us to request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal limits.
