Refund Policy

Credits are prepaid digital entitlements. Unused credits may be eligible for review-based refunds where required by law or where we approve the request in our discretion.

Credits already consumed by completed AI generation tasks are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a confirmed platform or provider error.

When a generation fails because of a platform or provider error after credits were deducted, we aim to return the affected credits automatically or after support review.
