Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of PromptBox, including our AI visual prompt library, artwork sharing features, AI image generation tools, credit purchases, and related services.

By creating an account, browsing, uploading content, generating images, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and any checkout terms shown at purchase.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information where required and must not use another person’s account without permission.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, abuse promotions or credits, or are required to be restricted by law.

The service may allow you to browse prompts, copy prompts, upload and publish AI artworks, generate images, save favorites, purchase credits, and submit feedback. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

AI generation results may vary and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using or publishing them.

You retain rights you have in your uploaded content, prompts, descriptions, generated images, feedback, and profile materials.

By uploading, submitting, or publishing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, moderate, translate, adapt for technical formatting, promote, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and market the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, generate, publish, and share your content and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

AI generation may rely on third-party model, infrastructure, storage, and moderation providers. We do not guarantee that a specific model, provider, style, speed, quality, or output will remain available.

You are responsible for ensuring your prompts, reference images, and generated outputs comply with applicable law, third-party model rules, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Credits are prepaid digital entitlements used for AI generation and other paid features. Credits are not cash, stored value, bank deposits, securities, or transferable property, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law or expressly approved under our Refund Policy.

Prices, packages, model costs, promotions, and credit consumption rules may change. The price and package shown at checkout apply to that order. Payment completion and credit delivery may be verified through payment provider webhooks or order status checks.

You agree that purchase and use of credits are subject to the checkout page, payment provider rules, and Refund Policy. Successful completed generations generally consume credits and are not refundable unless required by law or caused by a confirmed platform or provider error.

You must not use the service to upload, request, generate, publish, or distribute content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy or publicity rights, impersonates others, evades safety systems, interferes with the service, scrapes at abusive scale, or attempts unauthorized access.

We may review content, prompts, metadata, account activity, and payment activity to enforce these Terms, protect the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We may remove content, block generation, limit features, revoke access, suspend accounts, reverse or refund credits, or preserve records where reasonably necessary.

The service, branding, design, software, databases, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, source code, or platform materials except as necessary to use the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, specific AI output quality, commercial suitability, or that generated content will be free from third-party claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
